Why would you need a PAN Card Correction?

It's very important for NRIs, PIO & OCIs to keep their PAN cards updated. PAN Card is a very sensitive Indian ID proof document, thus it becomes very important that even non-resident Indians living abroad keep their records updated in the Income Tax Department of India. These 'Corrections or Changes' can vary from: Address Change, adding foreign address, Name change or correction in name, signature mismatch, father name correction, surname change, maiden name change and many other significant changes in your Indian PAN Card Number.

How to get such Changes or PAN Card Corrected?

The Process is very simple for non-resident Indians, PIOs - People of India origin and OCIs - overseas citizen of India.

  • All you have to do is START your pan process by going to the "Apply Now" link at the extreme top right of this page. Once you start your PAN process, our adviser will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours to discuss your case in detail.

  • Once our adviser understands your case, he will forward you all the necessary pan correction forms or pan change application form to you along with simple instructions and will let you know what all documents are required by you to submit to the respective PAN service center in India.

  • You just need to fill these forms as per the instructions given by our adviser and send it to us and we will scrutiny your pan application and submit to the Income tax pan department of India and send you back the pan acknowledgement and coupon number so that you can track the status of your pan card online.

  • Lastly, you may expect to receive your updated PAN card at your foreign address within 15 to 20 business day.
